The Collomix High-Speed Counter Rotating Mixer AOX-S is a rotating bucket mixer with a high-speed central mixing paddle. The special 17-gallon mixing bucket rotates around a fast-turning central paddle with its own motor. These separate motor and mechanisms allow for the equipment to deliver high-speed, lump-free, and well-combined mixing results. It"s practical as well, having been designed to have a scraper that prevents material deposits on the rim and sides of the tub. This also guarantees a more thorough mixture. Depending on viscosity, the standard AOX-S comes with two exchangeable paddles and can handle quantities up to 10.5 gallons. The AOX-DLX paddle is meant for use with low viscosity mixing and was specially developed for the optimum preparation of thin-bed mortar for the cementing of concrete precision blocks. It is constructed with two turbine blades, with one fitted above the other, to provide a strong flow of material and prevent the formation of lumps in the mixture. On the other hand, the AOX-KR paddle is built with a bird cage design for use with sticky materials in the mixture. This paddle generates high shear forces for a powerful effect and the prevention of lump formations. It"s also really easy to clean because materials do not stick to the paddles.
