Cast using age-old techniques in a family run facility in Greece, this handmade solid brass pepper mill is as functional as it is beautiful.  Valued by chefs and home cooks alike for its superior grinding ability and side socket for easy refills, this pepper mill has a unique grinding process that maximizes the peppercorn’s flavor and aroma using its three step mechanical grinding system. All metal grinding mechanism (no plastic) grinds instead of crushing by (1) grabbing and cracking each individual peppercorn in half, (2) cutting halves into smaller pieces, and finally (3) sending the pieces to the small teeth which grinds them to the selected thickness.
