Medical Disclaimer Template

This is a Medical Disclaimer template that can live either independently on your site as a policy, or it can be part of your regular Disclaimer policy.  The point of the Medical Disclaimer is to protect you from liability if someone thinks you're providing medical advice. This template clearly states that you do not provide medical advice, among other things.  The policy template is straightforward and super simple to customize. It comes with built-in instructions on how to customize it.  If you're a health coach or consultant, a blogger who blogs about health, fitness, nutrition, and well-being, then you must have a Medical Disclaimer.  This Medical Disclaimer is not a substitution for your general Disclaimer Policy. You must still have your Disclaimer Policy in place. This Medical Disclaimer can either be added to your regular Disclaimer Policy or be made into an independent policy on its own.
