The playhouse is elevated on a 6ft x 8ft tower and has a shingled roof and windows with decorative shutters. The tower can be accessed by a 5ft ladder with rail or a rock wall that leads to the poly deck. The deck features a spotlight and a ships wheel for imaginative play. The playhouse also has a 10ft waterfall slide, two belt swings, and a baby swing for more enjoyment. Installation This product comes partially assembled and the cost for final install at your home is included in the shipping cost. You will receive a call before this item ships to set up delivery and install. You must have clear access to the build site. It is recommended that all gates and access points provide at least 6" clearance on both sides of your playset's tower (listed in the specifications). For example if the swing set you are purchasing has a 4' x 4' tower, you will need at least 5' of clearance all the way to the installation site. If this is not possible for you, please contact us here and we can coordinate full assembly onsite.
