SADDLES We understand the need for riders to try a saddle to ensure proper fit. To accommodate this, all saddles (new or consignment) are eligible for return up to 3 days after receiving delivery, subject to the following eligibility requirements: Saddle returns are subject to a 10% trial fee Saddles must be returned in the same condition as purchased, with all original tags attached Saddles must be shipped for return no later than the last day of the trial Saddles must be shipped insured with a signature requirement (customer is responsible for all shipping fees) Saddles must be shipped using UPS, FedEx, or DHL (please do not use USPS) Once you have shipped your return, please provide us with tracking information. All saddle refunds will be processed using the original form of payment within 3–5 days after it has been received and inspected by our staff.
