The neck cover closes securely under your horse’s neck with two hook and loop straps that pass through stainless steel D rings. Comfort A gap-free and comfortable attachment to our Arktis regular neck turnouts (sold separately) is accomplished thanks to two hook and loop strips that fit directly into the opposite hook and loop strips on each of the t
