'Masora', a 2009 Japanese shrub rose by Teizo Yoshiike, stands 120 cm tall with 80 cm spread, bearing 8 cm apricot blooms in neat cup shapes. Renowned for intense tropical fruit fragrance , it blooms in clusters, excelling in spring and autumn. With stiff, upright canes (resistant to nodding), glossy disease-resistant foliage, and exceptional heat tolerance (summer blooms retain form with slight diameter reduction), this semi-climbing shrub won the 3rd Echigo Hillside Park International Fragrant Rose New Species Competition.
