Gilt decorated 19th century Chinese black lacquer tea caddy. Painted with figures in pavilion. Interior fitted with two engraved pewter canisters. Measures 6" H x 10" W x 7.5" D. In very good condition. Some chipping of the lacquer finish. Minor patina to interior pewter canisters. One canister is missing its lid. Front right foot is missing a piece, but still sturdy. Please note this item does not qualify for free shipping. All vintage sales final.
