Introducing our latest Roasters' Reserve; Tanzania Peaberry! The Cup:Cooked cherry, hibiscus, milk chocolate, and molasses flavors with lots of tart acidity andfruit-like sweetness. Process: WashedNote that Fully Washed coffees from Tanzania are put through a fermentationprocess, while Washed coffees are typically mechanically demucilaged. FullyWashed lots are typically depulped the same day they're harvested, thenfermented in cement tanks for anywhere from 24–72 hours. They are then washedclean of mucilage and sorted through water channels before being spread onraised beds to dry, or dried in mechanical driers.
