Erie Coffee Roasters is happy to announce it's very first introduction class to roasting! Come in to roast 250g of green coffee using whatever origin you choose! We will have upwards of 10 to choose from. Let us guide you through roasting theory and then set you loose on our sample roaster so you can develop your roast profile for your very own coffee. We'll be there the entire time to keep you on track, but you will take home what you roast (even if it is terrible)! Slots are limited to 4 people per hour.
