Made in MAINE 4 oz.  This Magnesium Spray is made in small batches using only Magnesium Chloride and Poland Spring Water (from Maine) & Organic Essential Oils. How to use:  15-20 sprays twice a day, Spray and rub onto clean skin of the torso, chest, feet, legs, or arms.  Avoid sensitive areas.  Avoid contact with clothing, or other lotions until absorbed. Skin Tingling is normal and a sign that your body is in need of Magnesium. This should subside after using the spray consistently.
