Chinese Qing Style Brass Tray Table with Dragon Supports

Dramatic Chinese Qing style patinated brass tray table featuring a folding elm frame with serpentine dragon upright supports. The four leg folding support is adorned with carved open fretwork panels decorating the windows and spandrels. The round tray has a hammered textured finish on the patinated brass with Chinese symbols. The table is large measuring 3 feet wide and has a great scale and profile. Beautifully crafted with an aged, faded patina as seen in photos. Missing a fretwork panel on one leg. Age appropriate wear with chips, scuffs, scratches and losses. Fair joinery as expected.
