It is an unusual shape with a waisted top and a deeply ruffled edge. It is very nice quality. They produced glass in the Art Nouveau style comparable in quality and beauty with the work of Tiffany and Frederick Carder of Steuben. Quezal was an important contributor to the history of American Art Nouveau glass and examples are included in many prominent museum collections including the Corning Museum of Glass (Corning, NY) and the Metropolitan Museum of Art (New York, NY).
