DETAILS An antique Westerwald beer stein mug or pitcher of baluster form with cobalt brushed decoration. The hinged pewter lid with ownership initials: H.S.I. Westerwald pottery is a salt glazed, grey stoneware made in the Höhr-Grenzhausen and Ransbach-Baumbach area of Westerwaldkreis in Rheinland-Pfalz, Germany.
