DETAILS This antique French floor lamp was cleverly adapted from a large 19th century building roof finial or epi de faitage. The baluster finial is encircled with three lily flowers on long stems. Weathered zinc such as this develops a wonderful, milky white patina. PERIOD Late 19th century DATE Circa 1880 and later DIMENSIONS Width 14 Depth 12 Height 67 inches CONDITION Note: recently rewired. Lamp base is loose in spots. Requires restoration to stabilize.
