Services Hours:Monday - Saturday   10:00 AM to 6 PM         Sunday            9:00 AM to 5 PM Note that services hours may change due to holiday or weather!. Requirements & Process:  - Must have a New York State Driver License (already expired or within 1-year of the expiration date). We do not process any out of state or foreign driver's licenses. - Paying a fee of $15 (for one time test).
