Acer palmatum 'Higasa yama' Japanese Maple

One of the older variegated trees from Japan named after Mount Higasayama. Small palmate leaves emerge in spring with pink following the veins of the leaf slowly turning to a creamy color surrounded by green. I recommend this tree for containers rather than the landscape to keep the detail of the leaf within view. Attributes Leaf Shape Palmate Growth Habit Upright Landscape Height 12 ft.
