Antique Krementz 14k Gold Black Enamel Seed Pearl Wreath Laurel Pin Brooch

Presented is a beautiful antique 14 karat gold, enamel and pearl wreath pin. This piece dates to circa 1895-1910 and was made by Krementz, a renowned American jewelry maker operating out of New Jersey. The pin is made in a traditional mourning wreath form, with a design of black enamel oak leaves and acorns, interspersed with real, natural seed pearls. The pin has a lever catch style safety clasp. This piece is in great condition. The enamel and pearls are all intact. The clasp functions well and closes securely. The pin is stamped and guaranteed 14k as well as the maker's mark for Krementz. The pin measures about 7/8 of an inch in diameter.  This piece weighs 3.3 grams. -jm
