Antique Old Dedham Pottery Turkey Pattern Bread Plate Small 6 1/8”

Presented is a fine old Dedham pottery bread plate, in the turkey pattern. This pattern, as the name suggests, features a charming border made up of turkeys in rich cobalt blue, against the classic Dedham off white crackle glaze. This is a real antique Dedham piece dating to around the 1920s-1930s, not a modern reproduction by the Potting Shed/Pottery Shed. The underside is signed with the Dedham with the classic rabbit mark. This plate is in excellent condition. There are few skips in the glaze, which are common and done in the making of the piece. There are no chips, no cracks, no breaks, and no repairs. The plate measures about 6 1/8 inches in diameter. -kc
