Designer Artisan Jewelry Sterling Silver Beaded Necklace by Roberta Williamson

Presented is a sterling silver and glass bead necklace by jewelry artist Roberta Williamson.  The necklace is signed and dated 1987. The artist is known for making quirky, individualistic jewelry art using estate sale or otherwise 'found' materials, as well as stylized silver castwork of her own design. Every piece of hers is unique and one-of-a-kind, though her personal style remains distinct.  This necklace consists of green and black glass beads in a variety of styles, interspersed with stylized silver pieces in the shape of animals and abstract designs.  Some of the silver beads look like alligators, anteaters, a dog, a hand and others.
