Dominick Haff Rococo Repousse Sterling Silver Berry Casserole Serving Spoon

Presented is a fine sterling silver berry or casserole serving spoon made by Dominick & Haff. The spoon is done in the Rococo pattern which was first produced in 1888. The back of the handle is engraved with MTH in a fancy script. The bowl is covered with an elegant gold wash. The spoon is marked on the reverse with a maker’s mark for Dominick & Haff, Sterling, and Pat’d ’88. The condition is excellent. There are no dents, no splits, no breaks, and no repairs. The berry spoon is 8 7/8 inches long. The weight is 82 grams or 2.9 ounces.
