Presented is a modern, 9 karat gold bracelet made in England in 1977. This is a beautiful, unique piece. The band is composed of many openwork, rectangular links. The clasp is a heart shaped lock that hooks into a loop on either end of the band. There is a long safety chain that runs through the top of the locket for extra security.  The band is marked with the leopard's head for London, a date letter D for the year 1978 and a maker's mark S & K. The locket is marked with the anchor for Birmingham, the crown for gold, 375 for 9 karat purity, a date letter C for the year 1977 and a maker's mark P.J.  This piece is in superb condition. There are no breaks, no splits, no monograms, no monogram removals and no repairs.  The inside circumference of the bracelet measures 7 1/8 inches and it weighs 19.4 grams. The width of this bracelet is 16.2 mm or .64 inches
