  Presented is a nice set of 4 sterling silver knives made by the International Silver Company. This set is in the Royal Danish pattern, which was patented in 1939. Each sterling handle is in a thick column form. The tip of each handle has an openwork scroll decoration. This pattern is very similar to Georg Jensen’s popular Acorn pattern. The blades are stainless steel.  Please note we may have additional listings for knives or other pieces in this pattern, if you search 'Royal Danish' in our store. Each handle is marked sterling and each blade is marked Insico stainless.  This set is in excellent overall condition. There are a few tiny dings to some of the knife handles, but they are only noticeable upon close, careful inspection. There are no major dents, no breaks, no splits, no monograms, no monogram removals and no repairs.  Each knife measures 8 7/8 inches long.
