Gorgeous Pair Retro 14k Gold & Sapphire Floral Spray Clipback Earrings

Presented is a gorgeous pair of retro 14 karat yellow gold and sapphire earrings. These earrings dates to around the 1950s-1960s, and were made in America. The earrings are done in a lovely floral spray type design, very securely prong set with 4 oval cabochon sapphires apiece. The sapphires are real, mined-from-the-ground stones, verified by our gemologist, with a very striking rich deep blue color. The sapphires vary in size a little, averaging about 34 points apiece, or about a third of a carat each, for a total sapphire weight of about two and two thirds of a carat (~2.66 points). The earrings have clip style backs, suitable for wear with unpierced or pierced ears, though a jeweler could easily convert these for wear with pierced ears by adding posts. This pair is in great condition. The clip backs have a good strong spring mechanism. The sapphires are all securely set, with no chips. There are no breaks and no repairs.
