Gorgeous Pair VTG 18k Yellow Gold Green Enamel Star Dome Celestial Earrings

Presented is a lovely pair of 18k yellow gold and enamel earrings. The earrings are made in a domed form, covered with gorgeous translucent green enamel surrounding gold stars. The earrings are very well made, with nice engraved decoration to the stars and a feeling of weight and quality in the hand. These earrings have clip style backs with posts, for wear with pierced ears. These earrings are stamped and guaranteed 18k on the interior back of the earrings themselves. Curiously, one of the clipbacks is stamped 14k, while the other is stamped 18k. We have another pair of these earrings in a different color but otherwise identical, and the clipbacks on that pair are also mismatched. These earrings are in great overall condition. One earring has a tiny flake to the enamel near the bottom, which is very hard to notice without close, careful inspection, it will never be seen while the earrings are being worn. Otherwise the enamel is intact and in good shape, any other spots in the photo
