Italian 18K Yellow Gold & Diamond Rope Weave Cocktail Ring

Presented is a beautiful, Italian 18 karat deep yellow gold and diamond cocktail ring. The whole piece has a nice textured finish and is done in a openwork, woven design. The top is securely prong set with a cluster of 17 diamonds. The stone are H-I color and SI to I clarity. There is approximately 65-75 points in total diamond carat weight in this ring. The ring is a size 7 1/2 .  The inside of the ring is marked 18K and Milan, tested and guaranteed. This piece is in excellent overall condition. A couple of the diamonds have minor chips but this is only noticeable when inspecting the piece under magnification. There are no other damages and no repairs. The ring is a size 7 1/2 and it weighs 11.8 grams.
