The 10 small emeralds are a mixture of real and synthetic stones. They all look real. There are very minor inclusions to the stones which are not visible without close inspection. The ring features a strand-like design to the gold with small emeralds gracing each gold strand. Each set of 5 emeralds comes to a nice point, like an arrow.
