Sigma Xi 14k Gold Fraternity Enameled Watch Key Fob Honor Society Nebraska

Presented is a nice 14K gold enameled fraternity key fob or pendant from the Sigma Xi honor society for scientific research.  This society was founded at Cornell University in 1896.  The pin has a Greek letter Sigma superimposed on a Xi on the front.  The back is enameled with an N in black at the center and engraved with University of Nebraska, Wm. O. Forman.   The pin is not marked.  We have tested it with nitric acid and guarantee it to be 14K gold. The condition is excellent.  There are no splits, no breaks, and no repairs. The fob is 5/8 inch wide and 1 1/2 inches long. The weight is 6.5 grams.
