Superb Set 12 Antique Austrian 800 Silver Handle Large Dinner Size Knives

Presented is a set of 12 antique Austrian silver handle dinner knives. These knives date to circa 1886-1922, though the blades are a little more modern, likely redone in the 1930s-1940s. The handles are done in a sleek, stylish pattern with a little button design on the tips, while the blades are made in the New French form, from "Rostfrei" (rust-free) stainless steel. These are true, full dinner size knives, over ten inches long and would be a very impressive addition to any table setting. The knives are stamped with the Austrian hallmark of Diana's head guaranteeing at least 800 purity silver, while the blades are marked Rostfrei. The handles have a maker's mark of HS or SH. The knives are in great overall condition. Two knife handles are missing the button to the ends, as you can see in the first photo and more closely in the seventh photo.
