Go back into our shop (Heat Transfer Graphic T-Shirts channel) to the screen print transfer and choose which one you would like and add it to your cart. 3. You should have two line items at check out.  One item and one screen print transfer at check out. 4. If you have more than one item and multiple screen prints please leave a note at the "Order Special Instructions" at check out (last page where you go to pay) letting us know what print goes to what item.
