This clay tile is just an example of the exquisite beauty the Mexican craftsmen put on each item they create. In the manufacturing process the whole tile is painted in white as a first step and then the rest of the tile is painted on top of the white one. Being hand-painted, this means that no two tiles are exactly alike! Color changes are particularly notorious from lot to lot, because of the natural variations in glaze and the mixtures used in their creation. No two tiles are exactly the same, and will vary slightly in color and shape. If you are concerned about the color variations, we recommend ordering 1 or 2 for examples before ordering a larger quantity.
