Purple Fluorite Oval Gemstone Cabochons

Beautiful Purple Fluorite oval cabochons. Our Fluorite cabochons are a translucent light to medium purple color with hints of gray. Fluorite cabochons are from a calcium fluoride crystal that often forms in a cube shape. The colors of Fluorite range from purple to red, or pink, green to blue, orange to yellow, or brown and sometimes they are multiple colors. They have a glassy luster and are often banded. Fluorite is named after its composition containing fluorine (from the Latin word fluere = "to flow" in reference to its low melting point).   Fluorite can help one overcome the fear of the future. These cabochons look fantastic bezel set and are the perfect focal point in Rings, Pendants and Bracelets.
