Type in the personalization box the School Name, Athlete Name (as you want it to appear on the Jersey), Number, School Colors 3. Please Copy & Paste the text from the Personalization Box to the Notes box at checkout (In addition to any other notes). Many times the notes from the Personalization Box fall out at checkout, but "notes" stay.  4. Review your confirmation email to ensure all personalization was included.
