The Capriccio

Description If you don't already know Isaac Viteri, you undoubtedly will soon. His meteoric rise in 2024 included him becoming the Illinois and Midwest Regional champion, with an astounding 4th place finish at US Nationals and even a spot in finals at his first World Yo-Yo Contest. After he won MWR, Isaac and I sat down to discuss what his ideal yo-yo would look like. Right off the bat, Isaac and I agreed that we wanted this yo-yo to be cheap and accessible. Yo-yos are toys, and we don't think you should have to drop the equivalent of more than a couple Chipotle orders to afford one. Thus, the Capriccio is $50, and stands as the second cheapest yo-yo used in the 2024 World 1a Finals. It's big, it's powerful, and it can handle anything the modern yo-yo player could throw at it.
