They have a sheer base, so they appear mostly white in the jar, but leave a wash of colored duochrome and super-fine glitter over bare skin or other products that you choose to apply them over top of. Applying them over darker colors gives the most dramatic effect. They may be used wet, dry, or over other products. Unlike most cosmetic glitters, Pixie Gems Shimmer Dusts are made using only natural colorants and glitter particles.
