This is due to the delicate nature of handmade and hand-painted pottery. As we are working with clay, occasionally we can experience breakage. We will be working on your order in a timely manner but sometimes things happen and we will need to restart a plate or two, whether that is during making it, or we need to repaint a piece to match your set which can adjust the time for your delivery.
