Sardines in Olive Oil

For more than 100 years and through five generations conserva Ortiz has perfected their methods in order to achieve greater quality in full respect of tradition. The fishing techniques ensure that the fish that are caught do not suffer, which improves the flavor and texture of our product.  They are cleaned by hand and fried in Olive Oil following a traditional recipe. Sardines improve their taste over the years and their taste becomes more delicate. Product of Spain.
