Daily Calm Tonic

Some individuals may feel the need for daily support to ease feelings of nervousness and tension/irritability; may be used during the day or at night before bed.* Suggested Use: Shake well before using. Adults: 1 teaspoon (approx. 3-4 droppers), up to 3 times daily. Dilute in 2-3 ounces of warm or cool water, or to taste as an herbal tea.
