UV Invisible Ink Water Activated Eyeliner

What is it? This trendy, water-activated eyeliner is unlike most. It's actually transparent in standard lighting! Why would you want something transparent? Because it actually glows under UV (blue/black) lighting! It's a really cool effect you can use in makeup looks when you go out! Have a light look on and draw on your face with this water-activated eyeliner and let yourself glow under blue light! Perfect for raves, parties, clubs, creativity, etc. This eyeliner is not waterproof since it's water-activated, but it will still last you all day or night long! Instructions: Use a spray bottle filled with water, then spray on the color once or twice. Use a brush to mix it to the right consistency before applying. Use your fingers or a tool to drip water onto the desired color if a spray bottle is not available. The more water you use, the more opaque/sheer the glow gets.
