KUFTE - Bulgarian Meatball Patties

Our Kufte (Kufteta, plural) receive constant praise as being "The Best"! Our authentic recipe brings you straight to Bulgaria where kufteta are a staple of every restaurant menu.  Succulent and juicy these patties are deliciously seasoned with finely chopped vegetables (green peppers, onions, garlic, parsley) and perfectly balanced with our spice blend of salt, black pepper, and savory. Ingredients:  Pork, Beef, Green Peppers, Onions, Garlic, Parsley, Salt, Black Pepper, Savory, Baking Soda, Soya  Sold in a Box of 12 Cooking Mode: These are best on the grill.   To preserve the juiciness of the Kufte it is best to place the lightly thawed patties on a very hot grill (450F). Keep grilling for about 5-7 minutes per side.  Do not overcook.
