Sarajevsko Premium Lager

Hand selected hops Aurora, Golding, and Magnum with two row summer barley malt are used to craft this pleasantly complex and balanced beer for our customers. Sarajevsko Premium Lager from Sarajevska Pivara has been brewed in Sarajevo since 1864. It is a light lager beer produced from barley malt, hops, natural spring water and yeast. Premium is special because of the enhanced aroma from hand-selected aurora, golding and magnum hops and aging process that takes 50 days. It has a crystal clear, dense head of foam with ample lacing. The aroma is mellow with notes of apples and grain. The taste is a light crackery maltiness with hints of apple and a light flaked corn presence. Light-bodied, crisp and clean and refreshing. Super clean and easy drinking, honeyed malt and grassy hops, clean lager yeast and a minerally well/spring water profile.Bright saturated gold, three fingers of foam. Green glass = hop skunk, but it blows off quickly. Crisp and clean, a touch papery but not distracting.
