The Dr. Oetker cheesecake is known for its deliciously moist and simple preparation. Simply combine cream cheese and yogurt for a golden-brown treat that is a must-have on any coffee table. Directions: The items you will need to add are 250 g soft butter (or 100 g Margarine and 150 g Butter), 4 eggs, 500 g Quark, 300 g yogurt (You can use 750 g of yogurt instead), and Greek (FAGE) yogurt (5% ) works best.Preheat oven to 360 °F.Grease a baking pan. Put "baking mix" for the dough in a bowl. Add 100 g Butter/or margarine and one egg. Mix everything on low so that you have streusel (crumble topping). Spread out 2/3 of the crumble topping (with the help of a spoon) on the baking pan and press flat. Use the remaining crumble topping and form it into a long roll, and place it on the outside of the pan so that it's about 2 cm high.For the covering, melt 150 g butter.
