Made from 1” solid white oak, it is durable and strong to last a very long time. RECYCLED: The rustic wine barrel plate made from 1 cut barrel stave gives us the wine soaked inside of the barrel and may have artistic wine or other markings on it. It sits on 2 pieces of stave to keep it from rocking. It is sanded down smooth and finished with food safe walnut oil and food safe walnut wax.  The fact they are also made from retired wine barrels adds a special touch for those who are sensitive to ecology and recycling.
