Notes of cinnamon, clove, and select spices further refine and enhance the decorous quality of this Shoyeido incense mainstay. We absolutely love and highly recommend Shoyeido incense. No stick or glues, and this incense is subtle with beautifully blended aromas. It is definitely recommended for anyone wanting to work with incense but are sensitive to smells. Specific ingredients are finely ground and mixed with pure water and a natural binding material called "tabuko" (machilus thunbergii). Because they use only
