One of those shadows you have to put on before you can see how beautiful this is! Looks like a plain, shimmery white...but goes on an almost sheer with a beautiful gold sparkle and sheen. Perfect as a highlighter, mix with other colors or wear over colors to add a little golden sparkle. All Shimmers can be applied 3 ways: dry for a sheer dazzle, with a damp brush for even more vibrancy, or used as eyeliner if applied with a small liner brush.
