Returning in September 2026 Sold by the bulb. Hails from Inchelium WA on the Colville Indian Reservation near the Canadian Border. Top rated softneck in multiple taste tests. Mild flavor with a lower level of allicin than our other varieties. Excellent for roasting! Large, flattened bulb with 4-5 clove layers. Inner cloves are slender and best suited for eating, while cloves reaching the outer layers increase in size and may be planted.
