Tochliavri 'Red Toch'

Returning in September 2026  Sold by the bulb. Originally collected from a village in Georgia and the Gatersleben Seed Bank in eastern Germany.  Tochliavri is praised by garlic enthusiasts for its classic flavor without too much heat.  A versatile variety to have in your kitchen!   Similar to other Artichoke varieties, Tochliavri can produce bulbs over 3 inches, with multiple layers.  Inner cloves are slender and best suited for eating, while cloves reaching the outer layers increase in size and may be planted.
