Wool Blend Felt Birthday Pennant

Wool blend felt birthday pennants. Perfect for a 1st birthday or any birthday! Made with wool blend felt (25-30% merino wool, remainder viscose) and hand embroidered with cotton thread.  This type of felt is blended to be resistant to pilling or fuzzing. Ribbons are chiffon, satin, and polyester material treated with non-toxic fray check to keep ends from getting ragged. Both pennant and ribbons are secured to an unfinished dowel rod with non-toxic fabric fusion adhesive. Care:  Spot check or hand wash only. Pennant is approximately 10” by 5” and placed on an 18” dowel rod.
