Measure your wrist in inches just below your wrist bone with a flexible tape measure or with a string or strip of paper. It should be comfortable and snug, but not tight. Mark your wrist size and use a ruler to measure the length. Order the size closest to your measurement. If in between, it is recommended that you go up versus down to the next half inch.  What if it ends up not fitting? Try to be as accurate as you can when choosing your size. Exchanges and resizing is at the cost of the customer for shipping and re-working at $25. No exceptions.
