Designed for 29-plus and fatbike riders who ride year ’round, Schlick Cycles developed the 47mm Northpaw-29’er rim to allow existing fatbike owners the 29-Plus experience as well as allow owners of purposefully built 29-plus bikes the ability to ride a nice, light rim. Build these symmetrically using either 135/100 for your 29+ or with 170/135mm for your fatbike frame. With an offset spoke pattern these make incredibly strong wheels. The Northpaw 47mm rim works with the 29 x 3.0 tires as well as wider 29’er tires in the 2.3 to 2.5 range.
